6yHiya thanks for your feedback but I am clearly disappointed by how you are feeling. You are right that over recent months we have had a lot of new starters but that is because we are growing fast and it is our peak time of year. There are not many businesses that are growing as fast as we are and that is a good thing not a bad thing. With regards to your concerns about time management I am sorry that you feel the way you do. You are working in our customer service center and we need to ensure we have the right colleagues available to support and help our customers throughout the day. That means we do need to know who is available and when (as in any contact center environment) however, this is not as controlled as you describe and we are very open to talking about individual needs about working patterns etc. I’m concerned that you feel drained, I’d really suggest you reach out to your manager or the people team to discuss your concerns.
