Pros
You have a lot of freedom when it comes to features you want to work on. Most of the people are extremely friendly. Free lunch is a good perk. "No rush" mindset. Some managers are awesome.
Cons
Tools and frameworks are archaic. The company is aspiring to be equivalent of FANG from Silicon Valley but lacks engineering excellence. It's hard to be recognized if you don't constantly brag on how awesome you are. Some discussions are endless and it could take months to rollout bigger feature. Ambitious projects with mediocre execution.
