Some kind of freedom, work life balance is fine. International team. Salary is one of the best in Amsterdam
Cons
A lot of initiatives are not finished. All happens quick and changes very fast. Not really a tech company. Overall level of engineers is less than expected. You need to throw dust in the eyes, be proactive, create stupid initiatives to be promoted. You craft and tech skills doesn't matter.
