Pros

I feel that my opinion matters. Sense of belonging in the company as I share the same values. I love that the company is truly engaged to make it easier for everyone to experience the world with initiatives like Travel Proud and the Sustaniability Program. The company values me for my skilss not for how do I look, my age, gender, etc.

Cons

Being a huge company makes that working with other departments be so frustrating and time consuming. It´s frustrating to depend of other departments to give the partner an aswer o solution to their problem/ request. Escalations to HR, IT, OM, takes too much time. In some cases I´ve encountered that managers can behave/ act by the book. Some times it´s necessary to listen to the full history and do our best to make exceptions.

NO learning and development Opportunities for growth often required moving into a different role or team found the compensation to be below market
