Hi and thanks for the review. I'm glad that you seemed to enjoy your time with us. We are growing fast which is very exciting and we are an incredibly vibrant and friendly place to work. I'm clearly not sure when you left us but if it was recently, I hope that you will have noticed the additional focus we are placing on our customers and their needs. We are completely restructuring our Customer Service Center to be able to respond more effectively and we are doing more listening to our customers than ever before. This is not just about the Customer Service Center though at the recent Town Halls, Ian spoke at length about everyone's responsibility, whatever their role, in making our products and services match and exceed our customer's needs. NO learning and development Opportunities for growth often required moving into a different role or team found the compensation to be below market
