Pros

Great people in an upbeat office in Cambridge. Worked there for many years and met some great people. I learnt a lot there and will always use the skills leanrt for the rest of my career

Cons

Hard to get noticed unless you do things in a certain way. The company has got so big its hard to make an impression or get noticed for the hard work you are doing.

Thank you for writing this review. We know that our growth has been challenging for our customer service roles and we appreciate all the hard work our agents put in. If any employee has started to feel lost or overlooked, we encourage them to speak directly with their manager or HR Business Partner. Though you’re no longer with us, we’re pleased to hear that you were able to grow and develop here. And if you'd like to provide any additional feedback, our 24-hour confidential ethics & compliance helpline is available for former colleagues. Many thanks, The People Team at Booking.com
