Pros

Pay is good. They have a food court.

Cons

You are chained to your desk. We spend more time bickering than doing actual work. There is no organization at all. Pay is good but everything else sucks, no one even wants Dish and even at a massive discount no one wants it. The biggest problem is the culture. They act like they are very notional about culture but they hire people who are aggressive yes men who are not smart at all and whose only strength is to bully people. I am not the only one - many of us can barely get a good night sleep because we are so stressed about work.

They pay me on time.

Cons

Horrendous benefits. It's essentially emergency insurance. They pay for very little of it and there is no option besides the high deductible plan. They want to be a modern company while having a culture from the 1980s.
