Pros
Work itself is pretty simple. Coworkers are helpful and friendly. Starting pay can be decent. Tech start-up feel.
Cons
Lots of "after-hours" work. No pay raises. No bonuses. The expectations are to "live to work," not the other way around. If you or your family have health issues, it's held against you. "Unlimited PTO" around limited date ranges. It seems management is making it up as they go. Tech start-up feel.
