Pros
Literally nothing, they haven't done a single thing correct during my time here.
Cons
Where to start? Maybe I could start with how atrocious onboarding the company is. Put simply, nobody cares enough to assist and answer the most basic of questions and you have to figure out the steps by yourself. There is no path to follow, no instructions to read. Just figure it out yourself. Next, Onboarding to a project. So you managed to onboard to the company, nice! Get ready to get completely and utterly ignored by the staff opps department as you read outdated instructions with links to sites and documents no longer working. For an example, once you painstakingly find a project, you then on average have to wait 3-4 MONTHS before you can realistically expect to be onboarded and charge time to the project. Once on the project, don't expect work or tasks to get you through the day, as you won't have access to any of the systems. To get those you need to go back through the staff opps department. At this point you'd be better off sending staff opps your resignation letter as they might actually get around to that by the time you get a promotion at your new company. Next, the people. Everybody Understands how broken the company is, but nobody does anything to fix it. Nobody knows the processes to get anything, and if the little knowledge they do have doesn't work, then you're just screwed. I've spent about a year at the company at this point, my recommendation is that if you get offered a job here go on the zoom to laugh in their face. I wouldn't wish working here upon my worst enemy.
