Pros

Appreciate the free food. Good Team members.

Cons

- HR promises flexibility and openness, but in reality, they remain rigid—offering no real action despite promoting a “Great Place to Work” image. - Appraisals seem difficult, carried out only when HR feels like it, with no clear structure or rationale. HRBP - Has no idea on employees pulse. He is chilled in his own world. - Performance is not rewarded fairly—top performers and underperformers receive similar hikes, good for non performers retirement. - Retention is a challenge, even for high performers, because those evaluating talent often lack the ability to recognize and value contributions.

Pros

Unlimited ceiling growth, dedicated accounts teams/stakeholders, feeling of being a part of something special, ability to travel abroad and experience new cultures/types of businesses.

Cons

Ambition and determination is key to success in any sales job. Would not really call it a con, but more like a challenge for a person who is capable can easily achieve.
