I find the culture at Borderless is not as open to constructive feedback as I would have hoped. Ideas and suggestions for improvement are frequently met with resistance, making it difficult to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. The overall vibe at the workplace feels combative at times, which makes it challenging to maintain consistent productivity and morale. The constant tension makes workdays feel longer and more draining.
