I dont feel that Management is there to grow the team, but rather to keep everyone's potentials and salaries at a minimum. If people dont get promoted within 3 years, they should leave.
The leadership style is old and not adjusting to the changing working environments in America. Everything seems to be stuck in the 70s and 80s as far as thinking, change and Management style goes. New Management is coming in, but their ideas do not include teams or career advancements.
