Pros
great environment; people are nice and friendly, good amount of time off (start with 2 weeks up to 5 weeks), paid sick time (40 hours), floating holidays (4 eight hour days), decent wage (but could definitely be better - management says lower pay = better benefits), good benefits (401k, HSA, retirement) - good career advancement opportunities, but you have to be willing to find them, chase them and utilize the bureaucracy to use them.
Cons
Blind bureaucracy. Everything requires paperwork, and lots of it.
