Pros

For the most part, it's a stable job, especially in the support staff. Marketing positions seem to be volatile however. Benefits are pretty good, people are friendly. Plenty of training available, and tools are made readily available to perform your job. Feedback sessions are common, open door policy with most managers and supervisors......some departments tend to micro manage the staff, which is justified in some cases but can go overboard. good bonus program, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts and loaner programs. some departments have very flexible schedules available, work at home allowed, it all depends on which department you work.

Cons

can be a secretive environment. quality issues with some products.
