- Incredibly smart people who have a passion for delivering great products - Majority of employees are humble and are happy to dedicate time to help you learn - They take the time to hire people who will fit well in Bose culture and dedicate a good portion of the interview process learning about you as a person - Because they take their time to find the right people, employees are given serious responsibility - 50% employee discount all-year round is an awesome perk
Cons
- Other perks/environment are fair but a little more emphasis could be placed on updated certain office areas, on-site gym, etc. (although they nail the areas that truly matter - people, culture, meaningful work)
