Pros

Awesome environment, great coworkers, extensive training, upper management is fantastic, rewards for doing well in your tasks,

Cons

Didn't get a raise in 2 years or hired for permanent. I was the top dollar earner on the entire tech support floor. Turns outo, they didn't "hire" me because they were sending jobs offshore.

Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

Cons

The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
