      Pros

      They care about their employees. The pay is reasonable, not great, but the discount and loaner home theater system are big pluses if you like music at all.

      Cons

      It's retail, no way around it. Hours and expectations during the holidays can be demanding. Hard to make it into management.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      Cons

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
