1.Company is growing and there are opportunities on your way with different technologies 2.Company provides regualar communication, listen and consider new idea and continuesly encouraging growth, both personally and professionally 3.Culture is conductive to creating friends and mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved based on your interests 4.You get to work with senior/leaders who's very collaborative in nature 5.Opportunities to interact with clients and understand the biasness aspects which is very much interesting 6.Denfinaltly improved my communication skills

Cons

No company is perfect, while we grow, there are things that are evolving(updating technology, adding office space, formalizing procedures, etc.) that come with any company. It's important to not get hang-up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions that supports that, with this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it. that mindset is rewarded at Perficient

Pros

CEO - she is sharp as a tack with a great deal of drive, reason, and passion

Cons

The America's leadership is failing and out of touch with market intelligence, setting market quotas and what is required to be successful. SOWs are delayed and there is a great deal of customer dissatisfaction. As a sales or marketing person, you are an island with zero support. The leadership does not have a customer-first attitude and expects customers in America to work India time. They also suffer from poor infrastructure and thus, poor communications.
