Pros
-tuition-remission program with many programs to choose from -it really depends on your office--most of the non-law and non-med offices I've seen/worked in are pretty casual, though. -it's Harvard training ground, so after a little while you can get a much better paid place
Cons
working at BU means you'll be wildly underpaid, so if you can get hired at virtually any of the other large universities in the area, go there instead.
