Convenient location, reasonable benefits, great people to work with, active environment, work life balance is great, working hours are pretty flexible, right beside the Charles River and you can get a run along the river or even kayak on it during lunch break, shuttles are very convenient, very easy to get to medical center, Boston Symphony Hall and downtown
Cons
Administrative and micromanagement can be improved, salary is not that great compared to the neighbors
