Pros
Good benefits, laid-back culture, friendly facilities personnel. Enjoyed the academic environment and the vacation days were good. End of semesters can get quite busy.
Cons
Advancement is not easy, minimal pay raises. I felt stagnant at times and bored without being able to advance professionally.
