Pros

Free coffee, can work from home when needed, some people (very few) location. Dress code is a major plus, Benefits are good from some.

Cons

Bad product the requires a lot of hours and unhappy customers, management that has no clue and makes promises to customers that they make others live up too. The CEO micro manages the company like it is still a start up. He tells the same story over and over but I guess because they have layoffs every year, it is new to most people. They think collage hires walk on water and they have no clue these kids are just milking them until they can move on. if you have been around for a while, the person they hire sitting next to you, and probably a college hire will make much more than you.

Pros

The company has many talented, driven individuals and operates in a market with solid opportunity. Teams are generally collaborative, and there is enough autonomy for high performers to make an impact.

Cons

There are opportunities to improve consistency and timeliness in certain operational areas, particularly around sales compensation and expense reimbursement. At times, commissions may require follow-up to ensure alignment with compensation plans, and reimbursement timelines can be longer than expected. While these may be process-related challenges, they can create frustration and, over time, impact employee confidence—especially in roles where compensation is a key driver.
