-Work from home atmosphere -Good for those with no experience and college grads

Cons

-Embarrassing compensation -Recent acquisition has changed this company beyond recognition, many perks erased to cut costs. -Regular layoffs -Chaotic culture with very little guidance from management -Bizarre organizational structure with weak leadership -Telemarketing job disguised as inside sales -The company is top heavy, too many VPs The Bottomline that used to exist and the Bottomline now are 2 completely different entities.
