Pros

Nothing since Regent LP took over

Cons

Sinking ship, I urge anyone who wasn’t made redundant to resign as soon as you can. There is no doubt the Australian part of the company will not even see 12 months with boundless. A large meeting was held where they introduced the 20 new directors no one had met before and then followed it by saying there will be mass redundancies. Company is going in a terrible direction and is led by greedy and untrustworthy people. Throughout the whole process of Pearson telling us we’re being sold there was absolutely no indications that 40% of staff are being laid off, resulting in everyone feeling blindsided. What they are doing is disgusting. Money hungry people who don’t care about the people, laying off 40% of staff who are good workers and have given a lot to the company with no sympathy. It’s only a matter of time before more people resign and it is all due to the poor management of CEO and directors of boundless learning.

Pros

The team is very knowledgeable and works really well together, creating a great company culture. The executive team is hands-on and always available, making sure everyone is on the same page. The onboarding process is smooth, with plenty of training and support to help you get up to speed quickly.

Cons

It would be great to see even more in-person collaboration in the office.

Pros

Very few. Potential is superb, but execution is totally missing. The strategy shifted significantly during my tenure.

Cons

The team had individuals who were favored by leadership without any merit. I found that the long-term employees were favored as well. New ideas and approaches were not welcome and outside input was not received. Big focus on producing massive Power Point decks and pretty slides without any real action.
