Very nice company culture, generally very good atmosphere, new products or new services launched frequently, numerous advantages (equipments, car allowance etc...), quite good training plan, Company saving plan, profit sharing and incentive plans etc...
Cons
Long term vision not always clear, evolution opportunities can be difficult particularly if working out of Paris, complicated administrative process to deal with in a day to day life
