Pros
I am truly enjoying my life @Bragg, starting from the first call and the whole recruitment process was one of the best experiences I had in Slovenia ( Bragg was far the best company), later onboarding and the communication process was always professional. All the best credits go to HR team and their manager. Since I don’t need to speak Slovenian for my role I always feel included in the company’s activities. I think they do a lot to find a perfect fit to the company as I had amazingly warm welcome from all the team and the more I work here the more I think the culture is great and corresponds to my values.
Cons
After 6 months I can say that my workload is rather huge and the pace is very high but I should have expected that from such industry, its a corporate business so you have to follow some certain rules:) but it can be pros too.
