Pros
This was my first real job out of college, and it is a great first job. I like my co-workers and they throw some fun parties for the employees. Great benefits and competitive, but not great, compensation.
Cons
As a service engineer I travel a lot ~70%. The travel can get to be a bit overburdening. There is not too much room for upward movement in the company, and they tend to promote engineers and sales members that are not always the best suited for management.
