Pros
Great company to work for! Very cool products, nice people, very supportive colleagues and well-organized mentorship/training program. Can give great exposure to the field of healthcare and jobs available in the field of medicine. Lots of promotions are done internally. Lots of areas for promotions and growth. Benefits package is good.
Cons
Compensation is quite low compared to competitors. Can be very different from a work-life balance perspective depending on the area of the country you are in. Some areas are much more demanding in terms of case support than others. Both of these combined has caused very high turnover. While in a leadership position, it becomes challenging balancing work in your own hospital/territory due because you need to back-fill other hospitals/territories.
