Positive student interactions overshadowed by a toxic work culture - Assistant Professor Brainware University Employee Review

The work culture is very bad. The environment is not suitable to education but more of a corporate structure with constant deadlines. This place does not have a clear understanding of what they want. Its more of a pressure cooker system for the lower and mid level employees, but the upper management is sitting comfortably.
