The pay and benefits were not good unfortunately

The team of people outside of leadership are generally nice

The marketing teams are some of the most poorly run i have seen in my career. Middle leadership has no idea how to give any feedback and constantly give feedback with no basis for the feedback. Middle management are rude, condescending and incompetent. Entire teams have left because of the way that the business treats their employees. Strategies are built, agreed upon and then changed because middle management decide they want to do something else. On top of this there is way too many meetings that all cover the same information, all so that different people can give their two cents on things that have been in the works for months. On top of this their is a distinct lack of resourcing with graphic designers having to work over time to keep up with workload.
