Pros

Remote. Great Senior Leadership. Promotion and growth on the Sales Channel Management Team

Cons

Too many management layers for work instruction, thus creating tension between team members. Managers making decisions that are not knowledgeable about the projects being assigned. No room for promotion or growth when working in an asylum atmosphere. Managers title, but manage nothing. The expectation is for one to be a doer, not a thinker. No vision insurance

That said, some of the listed challenges have been incorporated into our 2021 strategic plan and we’ll be rolling out some new ideas shortly. And vision insurance will be an option soon!

Pros

Management is amazing! They hear you and quickly escalate/update if necessary. Remote company. Friendly faces. Merch Ops team is growing and becoming stronger then ever.

Technology (but the company is actively working on improving this)

Pros

Fast growing company so you get to learn a lot

Cons

It's like working for mean girls. Even the HR is horrible! Some of the things that came out of her mouth were shocking and needed to be reported. There was also a HIPPA violation. Senior management was even worse!
