Workload varies during the year, sometimes average and sometimes high. Work-life balance can be a challenge at times but Brandfizz also offers a lot of days off (5-10 extra days/year + Christmas break + 4 weeks sabbatical), more than any other employer I know in the agency sector.

Brandfizz offers exceptional flexibility for students. I work part-time as an IT officer and can work remotely most of the time. The work environment is supportive, and the team is very understanding of my school commitments.

Commuting can be difficult since I live and study in another city, but the option to work from home makes it manageable.
