Diversity – As with most small businesses, our board of directors and executive management is mostly comprised of those with a significant financial stake in the company. Beyond the Board, the next level of management personnel within Braxton are Directors; over 62% of our Directors are members of a protected class. Work Hours: Our full-time employees average 42.25 hours per week. From January 1 through June 1, 2018, we have compensated employees for over 900 hours of straight-time overtime with less than 60 salary employees. In addition, hard work and over and above hours are also compensated through our quarterly awards program, our spot bonus program and our out of cycle recognition program. We greatly value, and reward, all our employee’s dedication and commitment.
Process Improvement: As a small, growing company, we acknowledge our processes are an area where we need to continue to improve, and we always welcome our employees to offer solutions.
