Work Hours: Our full-time employees average 42.25 hours per week. From January 1 through June 1, 2018, we have compensated employees for over 900 hours of straight-time overtime with less than 60 salary employees. In addition, hard work and over and above hours are also compensated through our quarterly awards program, our spot bonus program and our out of cycle recognition program. We greatly value, and reward, all our employee’s dedication and commitment.
