Pros

Many good coworkers who have a can-do attitude Interesting product and customer-base Good benefits

Cons

They clearly want "culture fit" rather than value-add. Nepotism is the norm. High levels of anxiety from higher-ups being projected onto staff by way of intimidation and micromanaging Leaders struggling to communicate effectively with one another and direct reports when presented with challenging situations Leaders seem extremely disorganized, which isn't great when you're trying to scale a startup New hires from 2020 feel like cogs in a machine while veteran employees with less experience get the best projects and lighter workloads
