      Pros

      I am coming up to my first full year at Breakthrough Academy and have to say it has been one of the best working years of my life. Strong leadership and accountability, clearly defined role with weekly check ins and an amazing vetting process. The people at this company are top notch and I feel very lucky to be a part of such a high calibre organization. I also have a great boss so that helps!

      Rapidly growing company, trying some new things and that takes time for everyone to understand and move forward with flow.

      The level of autonomy is a huge strength, but it also means you'll be helping create processes rather than following them, which isn't for everyone.

      Pros

      Working here you get to be surrounded by a very sharp team who love what they do. Recruitment process helps to find the best candidates that fit our culture and company needs. BTA doesn't just improve our Members' businesses, they're always looking for ways to improve themselves as well!

      Cons

      Currently planning a large scale change in our business process which can make for some uncertainty. BTA is an ambitious company so you'll be wearing lots of hats, which is great if you like variety but can also be draining at times
