After 8 rounds of interviews, many over 1 hour, and a 2 month process, the company fired me during on-boarding for being too over-qualified. One would think they’d have been aware of my qualifications prior to hiring. On-boarding was a nightmare. No direction. Supervisor and coworkers are incompetent about how to train new employees. Also, the company has a weird, cult-like vibe. Approach with high caution and look elsewhere. This company will treat you like trash. Also, though the company expressed to me that there would be good work life balance, my teammate and supervisor were both complaining of 12-14 hour days and “no weekends”. Weird place. Probably should be reported.
