Leadership is very process driven. This means you have to follow their way of doing things–which takes getting used to.

The day to day tasks provided decent learning experience, and the general team members were nice to work alongside.

I found the work environment extremely unpleasant and stressful due to management's communication style and expectations. The CEO and co-founder seemed pleasant on the surface but he was often condescending and dismissive toward employees, which made for an uncomfortable workplace. In my experience, employees were expected to prioritize work over their personal lives, and work-life balance was not valued or respected. Additionally, some leadership across different levels had limited management experience, which at times led to inconsistent communication and decision-making, making collaboration more difficult. One thing I think job seekers should know is that I felt pressured to leave a positive Glassdoor review while I was employed. After my employment ended and I deleted that review, I was later contacted about it, which I found uncomfortable and inappropriate. I also did not receive my final compensation at the end of my employment. These experiences left me with serious concerns about the company's leadership and how employees are treated.
