Small team environment Casual but can be serious If sales come naturally to you, you will be respected. Sales can be tough in hard times. Great products to work with & clients are not too difficult. Very manageable workload Variety of things to do not just sales related
Cons
Trading hours could be improved. A lot of dead product can be hard to sell The average high price point can be difficult to push. Marketing & collaborations can be more interesting for better brand exposure so that sales wouldn’t be as tough at times
