Pros

Co workers are easy to get along with and the facility was safe.

Cons

The CSR team was heavily micromanaged. You had to notify a manager just to use the bathroom, and if you were away from your cubicle for more than a couple of minutes, they would come looking for you. All breaks were strictly scheduled, and you were expected to be fully logged in and ready by your start time. Even being two minutes late resulted in a one-on-one meeting. Customers here are the worst. They don’t see you as human. There were several instances where leads had to take over calls to try to de-escalate situations, only to end up crying themselves because of how emotionally draining those conversations were.
