Pros

I worked at Brevo for several years and had a positive experience with my colleagues and the overall team culture. There was a strong sense of belonging, and people were generally supportive and willing to help each other. The role provided exposure to many areas of customer experience, problem solving, and cross functional collaboration.

Cons

However, career progression opportunities were limited, and it could be difficult to move into other departments or develop beyond the support function. I would have liked to see clearer internal growth paths and more opportunities for employees looking to advance their careers.

Pros

Great work environment and company culture. They really do care about their employee's well being. Listen to suggestions and are proactive on implementing change.

Cons

As with any start up environment, it can be a bit disorganized at times. There is always change.

Great company culture. Genuinely awesome people to work with.

Cons

With teams being located throughout Europe and the US it was difficult to get timely answers/solutions to share with the client.
