Clients/Staff are great. Clients and staff where great to work with, the best part of the day was always seeing a client smile because of a kind work or encouragement that was given.
Cons
This is possibly the worst Service Provider in the Country. After reading all the reviews I see that there are a lot of former and current employees that fill the same as I do. Upper Management in Parsons Ks. are the worst. they constantly turn a blind eye to issues that should be addressed with more than a lot of concern mainly upper management themselves. This company is consistant when it comes to poor communication, poor management, very poor investigative procedures. I have witnessed prejudice, fraud, abuse of power, just to name a few. The powers to be in this company should take a very hard look at what each individual company is doing especially in Southeast Ks. Management there is a joke even at the next level of management.
