Pros
Supportive management at an office and regional level, not so much at a company level Great vision and dental coverage Busy days - you're typically never bored (for some this may be a con)
Cons
No positive company culture - They're currently trying to force a company culture and standardized process that is more motivated by sales and increased profits (which are important, don't get me wrong, but it's at the expense of their employees) and have nothing to do with employee retention. Several people who have dedicated 7 or more years to this company have left their positions and many others are talking about leaving as well. TERRIBLE health benefits - Only 60 - 70% coverage, high monthly and yearly cost, and high deductibles with VERY high max out of pocket limits. "But it's pre-tax!" Very little training for a very intense responsibility - this position can cost the company hundreds of thousands of dollars if not performed correctly
