      Pros

      None... there are no pros .. I worked 6 days and "got I'm trouble" I've never had trouble at a job in my life and now I'm being ignored after being promised compensation for someone else's screw up.

      Cons

      There is nothing but downsides.. being ignored for going on 4 weeks ignored if I Even still have a job and my check was supposed to be here almost 2 weeks ago... off to the labor board.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
