Pros

I love my immediate management team. They are so positive and look for ways to help if we reach out. Most of the time, my supervisor isn't directly involved in my woke except to do a final review and stamp of approval, so I don't experience micro-management like I have at other jobs. As long as I can get my job done well and efficiently, this is a pretty cushy job.

Cons

The payroll team does need to be in the office 4 out of 5 days and response time for some issues is very slow. I have met temps that are getting hired on at a higher rate than some people that have been there for a while and are supurb at their job. Very discouraging to continue to do well when your trainee is more fairly compensated than you.

Pros

Your undervalued and underpaid coworkers

Cons

The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
