It has a very low pay rate for the type of job you have to do, they expect you to work like a dog for the low rate, no recognition when you are doing a good job, they expect you to work long hours with very little sleep, they don't ask you to work unscheduled shifts they just schedule you for whatever hours they want too even though you were hired in for a certain schedule.
