Pros
Rescare is a job that you have to be dedicated to and want to help others. If you want a fulfilling job and feel good at doing it, then Rescare is the place to work. The consumers put a smile on your face everyday.
Cons
The downside of Rescare is that you have to work a lot of overtime just to be able to make it in life. The pay don't reflect the amount of work you put in to it!! You will also have to deal with some disrespect that comes along with some of the management!!!
