You will not make money here. You would be better off going to a chop shop recruiting firm like Robert Half because at least they have the training there. There is a thin veil here between management and employees. Truthfully they make you feel warm and fuzzy but stab you in the back as soon as they can as some of the Managers lack True Management Skills.

Pros

Excellent culture with an emphasis on people first. The company allows you to run your own desk with supportive teams and managers giving you the tools to be successful.

Cons

Definitely no fault of Brilliant but when the market is slow (which is has been lately) hires and commissions are down.
