This idea stems from one of the books I read (Belong by Radha Agrawal)
Science says we need Dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins for happiness.
- The CEO is such an enabler, you will always be motivated, be challenged, and constantly be recognized for all your efforts. This results in the dopamine hit and which will enable the individuals to push boundaries.
- Team is filled with young and energetic engineers - you will always have a sense of belonging to boost serotonin levels
- Everybody needs a hug, shoulder, and a mentor - you will get one. (Oxytocin)
- Filled with fun at work for endorphins
