The rank and file engineers are a good bunch of people.
Cons
Engineers are leaving due to poor work conditions. STAY AWAY. Long hours, weekend work, and tedious tasks. This is a small start up company with zero company infrastructure built, so expect to reinvent the wheel every time you need to accomplish a simple task. Owner of the company is a secretive and egotistical man and his silly bravado makes him something of a clown.
